- Develop customer-focused content, articles and end-to-end solutions focusing on improving content quality.
- Collaborate with partners to identify and document content priorities and continually improve the content and drive great, real-world solutions.
- Work with technical support teams to draw out technical information and turn it into customer ready content.
- Author the documentation and test/validate any samples that will be published to customers.
- Respond to reviewer feedback and incorporate feedback as needed.
- Deliver documentation according to specifications and priorities provided by content team.
- Use content team tools, process, and publishing guidelines to deliver high quality documentation.
- BS/BA with one years of technical support, or HS with five years of technical support
- 2+ years of technical writing experience and/or experience creating technical, customer facing content.
- Self-starter who works well independently and with others.
- Strong written and verbal English skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Knowledge of Adobe products
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or Communications, or equivalent experience or equivalent work experience.
- ITIL Foundations (or ability to obtain ITIL Foundations certification within 3 months of joining)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
- Federal customer experience supporting HHS, preferably NIH desired.
