Job Description
** Incident & Problem Management**
- Troubleshoots and accurately diagnoses and/or forwards IT related issues
- Walks users through the recommended problem-solving steps
** Service Request Fulfillment**
- Provides software and hardware products as well as workplace equipment following work instructions
- Fulfills user and access management requests following work instructions
- Answers and/or forwards technical questions and supports users in all IT technical matters
- Learns technical change requests implemented by backend teams
- Asset-, stock- and demand Management
- Takes care of accurate stock and inventory management Prepares asset demands
- Executes disposals following work instructions
** Projects & Improvements**
- Assists onsite with general IT build out tasks
- Participates in discussions for workplace improvements
- Learns differences in best practices for IT service processes Points out ambiguities and asks questions to improve day-to day operations
- Collaboration & Learning
- Improves craft as an Engineer and as a professional and widens horizon beyond current assignments, seeking to learn from peers, feedback, and observation, as well as from trainings and technical literature
- Reads and understands step-by-step guides and technical work instructions
Location: This position will work in the office in Denver. Local candidates only.
Qualifications
** Minimum Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 2 years of experience in desktop technical support.
- Technical study related to IT
- Experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating systems and basic networking principles
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365
** Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Experience with MAC operating system support is a plus.

Compensation and rewards
- The base salary range for this role is $53,000 - $66,000. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
