We are currently seeking a Technical Quality Coordinator for our Batavia, Illinois facility.
Job Responsibilities:
- Quality Coordination
- Daily organization of in process batches, chips, and inspection records
- Status determination of completed batches
- Generation of and procurement of daily customer product requirements (C/A / batch chips)
- Daily processing and organization of incoming raw material c/a’s
- Processing and archiving of aged materials
- Real time updating of communication tools used by other departments (customer service, scheduling, shipping)
- Monitoring and maintaining all consumables used in the quality lab (resins, tints)
- Coordination of small lots division and continuous improvement between sites (i.e. specifications, test methods, on time delivery)Information Flow Management
- Analytical Projects
- Assist with gauge R&R and prototyping studies
- Assist in NC investigations
- Assist with special projects
- Assists with training of lab techs
- Assists in maintenance and calibration of lab equipment

Education/Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related quality control environment
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
- Ability to plan and execute daily tasks.
- Understanding of color theory
- Understanding of ISO 9001:2008
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and Quality Management Systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Pay range for this position is $30-$36/hr.
