Top Quality Roofing is currently seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant. This full-time position involves providing essential support to our office staff and management team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Perform essential clerical duties, including answering phone calls, taking messages, and responding to emails
- Efficiently schedule appointments and manage calendars for multiple individuals
- Assist in planning and coordinating events
- Conduct thorough proofreading of documents for accuracy and grammar
- Coordinate projects to ensure timely completion
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office documents
- Handle customer inquiries with a commitment to providing excellent customer support
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
