Position Summary

Responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and guiding performance related to Quest’s operational systems and standards. The Quality & Standards Coordinator will work closely with the operations leadership team to ensure Food Quality & Standards are executed properly. Ensures that Quest vision, values and founding principles are effectively modeled, communicated, understood, and practiced.

Quality & Standards Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Supports the development and maintenance of Quest’s Standards, particularly those related to food ordering, production, service standards, federal program compliance, and food/physical safety.
  • Monitors and analyzes various operational metrics, providing operations leadership with data to inform decision making.
  • Develops system for analyzing adherence to standards using platforms including My Field Audits and Quest’s Finance Suite.
  • Occasionally conduct on-site Quality Assurance audits and support a teaching and learning culture to ensure programs are executed properly.
  • Develop and implement corrective action plans, in partnership with respective leadership, for locations identified as not meeting Quests standards as it relates to food ordering, production, safety and service.
  • Develop and be accountable for a culture that creates a safe work environment.
  • Utilize Quest’s various platforms to execute a process for monitoring, testing and reporting compliance.
