Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour pending experience

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are searching for an ideal candidate with experience working in the home health care industry that is reliable, organized, a team player, and who has great attention to detail.
The Office Coordinator is the first contact for all of our patients/families, physicians and referring sources. Their role is to facilitate all office functions for a busy and expanding office. The Office Coordinator will have a variety of roles from HR to inventory responsibilities.
Requirements:
- At least (1+) one year of experience in the Home Health industry; a plus.
- Customer interaction/customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office along with strong data entry skills
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to take initiative and problem solve
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
General Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line telephone and greet visitors.
- Creates and maintains various EMR databases, HR forms, and reports.
- Record and report visit schedules and time for field staff for payroll purposes.
- Maintain HR files and update outdated licenses, certificates, etc.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to clinical and non-clinical staff
- Resolve simple to moderately complex issues, corrects errors and refers complex issues to supervisor.
- Provides assistance to the Regional Director of Operations, Director of Nursing, Community Liaison, Therapy Coordinator, Intake Specialist, etc. when needed.
- As necessary, sends physician's orders for signature. Keeps current log of what is sent and tracks receipt of signed document.
- Other duties as assigned by the Regional Director of Operations or Director of Nursing.
Position Qualifications:
1. Two (1) years’ experience in home health or health care preferred
2. One (2) years' experience in a clerical or office setting preferred
3. One (1) years' experience with basic HR responsibilities
4. Must have reliable transportation
