Family Guidance Centers, Inc. (FGC), a not-for-profit behavioral healthcare organization, treats and prevents substance use disorder, as well as an array of other related problems. FGC's adult and adolescent programming provides a flexible continuum of care to best address the individual needs of each participant. Through integrated and comprehensive services, including continuous assessment, participants are able to access levels of care and specific services to create an individualized treatment approach. Further, FGC provides special and high-risk populations priority access to specialized programming.
As a Data and Documentation Coordinator, you will ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely reporting of participant surveys and screenings for our programs. Your responsibilities will include collecting documentation, reviewing surveys, maintaining data-tracking spreadsheets, and utilizing analytical tools to draw meaningful conclusions. This role requires effective communication with front-line staff and external organizations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collect documentation from several grant-funded programs screening tools, and client surveys, via email or document-sharing applications.
- Review participant surveys (GPRAs) and screenings for accuracy and completeness.
- Communicate with front-line staff and forward inquiries for missing or incomplete documentation, and follow up on unresolved documentation/information queries.
- Report/ upload participant surveys to State and other agencies within the defined reporting time frames.
- Creates and maintains various data-tracking spreadsheets and internet-based applications.
- Communicate and coordinate with outside organizations concerning missing documentation and/or quality assurance inquiries.
- Communicate and escalate discrepancies or process issues to the Associate V.P. of Data and Grants Management
Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:00a - 4:30p) based on needs of agency

Pay Rate: Up to $19.00 per hour; based on experience

Experience and Skills
Education and/or Experience: Associate's degree or some college coursework and one year of administrative experience are required. Working knowledge of data entry or similar experience is preferred. Strong computer and written communication skills are required.
Detail-oriented with a strong ability to review and record data accurately.
Proven experience in data analysis and deriving insights.
Experience in prioritizing multiple demands and managing time effectively.
Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and data-tracking tools.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a positive and professional
