Our client, a highly respected food manufacturer located about an hour west of Boston area (relo will be provided) is seeking an Accounting Managerwho will
- be responsible for all areas related to financial reporting
- developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices, and procedures
- supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit/collections and invoicing
- manage a team of 5
- address tight deadlines and a multitude of accounting activities including general ledger preparation, financial reporting, year-end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities
- have regular contact with the senior-level Executives and Controller which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal.

- Degree
- Experience in cost/manufacturing accounting
