Technical Project Manager

```Job Overview:```

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Technical Projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and adherence to timelines and budgets. We're looking for someone who has expeirence writing requirements. Please be prepared to submit examples of technical documentation. Ideally, applicant will habe experience in the govermnet sector and at least 5 years of PM experience.

```Duties:```

- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation

- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables

- Lead project teams in the execution of project tasks and activities

- Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues

- Implement effective project management methodologies and best practices

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

- Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients

- Ensure successful completion of user acceptance testing and quality assurance processes

- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and communication

-Write technical requirements and functional specifications

```Qualifications:```

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., PMBOK)

- Experience with Agile development methodologies

- Proficiency in using project management tools such as TFS or JIRA

- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate teams

- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) processes

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis
