Job description

Who we are

Braid Health is a digital health innovation company focused on the development and delivery of an AI-powered diagnostic collaboration platform for radiology and the healthcare industry.

Imagine a world in which everyone can access the best medical expertise regardless of where they live, how much money they have, or what they know. We believe access to medical expertise should be universal.

We’re generalists and truth seekers with a ton of experience (Apple Design, Twitter AI). We’re already helping people now and have an opportunity (and responsibility) to help millions or even billions more!

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager who will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, budget, and schedule. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. In addition, this role will have a significant client-facing aspect, requiring the ability to build strong relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders. Understand client needs, expectations, and priorities. Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication.
  • Collaborate with clients to define project goals and requirements. Work closely with the client to develop project plans, ensuring alignment with their business objectives. Provide consultation on technical solutions and best practices.
  • Work closely with the technical support team to maintain a global understanding of Braid’s different accounts’ technical difficulties and identify product gaps.
  • Partner with implementation managers to understand account particularities, establish delivery timelines, and ensure successful rollout through effective project management methodologies.
  • Be your account’s advocate during internal Braid discussions, ensuring project alignment with client expectations and technical feasibility.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization, including detailed project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with both internal and external stakeholders. Provide regular project updates to clients, address concerns, and ensure transparency in project progress.
  • Facilitate client training sessions on new technologies or solutions. Ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients, addressing any technical or procedural questions.
  • Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their specific needs. Translate client requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables.
  • Monitor client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients to ensure a positive and successful partnership.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients. Showcase project progress and new features, gathering feedback and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Effectively manage and escalate client concerns or issues to the appropriate internal teams. Ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Account and or Project Management experience supporting SAAS, medical, dental, or B2B software.
  • 3+ years of experience navigating the clinic environment (primary care, urgent care, dental office).
  • 3+ years of experience as a strategic partner for healthcare accounts.
  • Strong experience in Technical Project management, including planning, scheduling, and executing complex software implementation projects.
  • Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands with the appropriate sense of urgency, applying project management principles and tools.
  • Confidence to work independently, take initiative, and complete tasks with a high degree of accountability for project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills by gathering information and using judgment that is consistent with the company’s standards, best practices, and policies.
  • Experience with Google Suite, Salesforce (or similar CRM), Notion, Slack, and project management software (e.g., Linear, Microsoft Project, Asana, or Jira) is an asset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate Technical Project statuses to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Must reside within the US or Canada
