The Opportunity
Daikin Comfort Technologies Manufacturing, L.P., is seeking a professional, skilled individual for our Customer Service Representative position within our Tech Services organization located at our DTTP - Waller, TX facility. This position provides support to service companies and distributors via phone or email. Inputs caller/product information into Microsoft Dynamics CRM - Customer Relationship Management call tracking and then transfer the calls to the appropriate Service Support Specialist and/or Product Specialist as needed to resolve technical issues.

Experience:
0-3 year's work experience in Customer Service call center.
Education:
High school diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities
May include, in addition to;
- Input caller/product information into call tracking database and ensure customers' inquiries are attended to satisfactorily.
- Provide service companies and distributors with technical data (Spec Sheets, I&O's, Svc Lit, etc.) or part information by utilizing proprietary programs and web locations.
- In performing their duties, call center operators receive and handle calls, emails, or instant messages from customers both internal and external.
Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proficient in relevant computer applications
- Knowledge of Customer Service principles and practices
- Knowledge of call center telephony and technology
- Some experience in a call center or Customer Service environment
- Good data entry and typing skills
Experience:
