Location: Burleson, TX 76028 (On Site)

Pay: $16-18, Depending on Experience

Schedule: Saturday & Sunday (Weekend ONLY) 8AM-5PM or 9AM-6PM

Essential duties:

Customer Service Representative will provide telephonic customer support and assistance to patients and providers. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with clients by answering product and service questions, suggesting education on proper care and use of the products, providing proper return shipping instructions to customers and to follow up with patient s confirming shipment from Precision Monitoring was received. The Customer Service Representative is expected to manage all call volume which includes both inbound and outbound calls.

General Job Responsibilities:

• _{Provide telephonic support for customers}

• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers concerns; determining the cause of the problem; suggesting the best solution; expediting correction; following up to ensure resolution

• Display patience to accurately identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction

• Communicate with patient s all over the US proper return shipping instructions once study has completed

• _{Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication}

• _{Input new Physician Registration Forms}

• Provide ongoing call support for company s medical providers, locations, and facilities.

Requirements/Duties:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years' experience in Customer Service

• Experience working in Customer Service or patient collections is preferred

Experience with Microsoft Office packages; _{(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)}

• 2 to 5 years experience in a medical office, hospital, outpatient surgery center or related field
