Salary Range: $25.04 - $35.16 / hour
The pay range above represents the lowest possible rate for the position and the highest possible rate. Factors that may be used to determine where newly hired employees will be placed in the pay range include the employee specific skills and qualifications, relevant years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Most often, a newly hired employee will be placed below the midpoint of the range.

Responsibilities
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator is essential to the recruitment function to ensure candidates both internal and external, including travelers and temporary staff, receive a positive recruitment experience. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator works in concert with the Talent Acquisition Specialists in the human resources department to support the recruitment process for the health system. Provides advice and consults with managers for proper documentation and legal requirements for the Affirmative Action Plan.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- One (1) year of adminstrative or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both orally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- Prior healthcare experience
- Current Human Resources certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
