Reporting to the Lead, Talent Systems Coordination you as the Talent Systems Coordinator will oversee HR Information System (HRIS) data entry and maintenance. You will work with other Shared Service partners to ensure data accuracy across internal systems and perform edits and corrections when needed. You'll be an important team member in the lifecycle of our employee's time here at Red Bull.
Job Description
DATA ENTRY & INTEGRITY
Input employee data in the SAP system by applicable deadlines, including new hire processing, job changes, address changes, data corrections.
Work with employees and management to obtain missing data elements required for accurate processing.
Coordinate with payroll to ensure successful transfer of Talent data to Ceridian
Partner with Finance and Talent Analytics to update employee data following planning cycles
Responsible for data accuracy, including monthly global data checks
Ad hoc Talent reporting
TALENT OPERATIONS CENTER
Digital filing and maintenance of employee files
New hire paperwork including background checks and I-9's
Employment verifications
Tier 1 responder to current and former employees
Improve processes
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience with data input and maintenance
Knowledge of HR Information Systems; SAP HR
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive matters and information
Ability to prioritize workload and meet processing deadlines
Respond to changing workload demands
Good verbal and written communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel High standard for customer service orientation
Work with remote teams in multiple locations
Bachelor's Degree
Additional Information
The base salary range for this position is $57,000 to $63,000 ($27.40-$30.29) + cash incentives Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
