Ignite Industrial Professionals is looking for a Talent Coordinator for our new operation in McDonough Georiga.
The Talent Coordinator will work closely with the IGNITE team to attract, screen, help hire and retain temporary staff. He/she will also be responsible for conducting candidate onboarding, possibly drug screens and background checks. He/She will also support other staffing office functions, maintain electronic filing, and other administrative tasks. Candidate must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
Essential Functions:
- Promotes the organizational values of Respect, Integrity, Perseverance and Serve Leads and drives corporate
- Demonstrates safety consciousness at all times and reports safety questions/concerns
- Greets all office guests
- Conducts drug screens and background checks.
- Answer phones
- Enters, updates, and maintains personnel records in employee database.
- Retrieves all voicemails twice a day and communicates call-offs, messages and makes outbound calls, and schedules interviews.
- Communicates requirements and duties to prospective candidates.
- Deploys all new hire packages and onboarding documents
- Ensure correct/complete I9 and e-Verify for all candidates
- Maintains good relationships with all candidates, employees, and corporate clients.
- Keeps records of candidate interviews and reports them to the Ignite Leadership.
- Participates in recruiting events.
- Performs various administrative duties (filing, faxing, copying, scanning, etc.)
- Help team with various Onsite responsibilities as well as events/check-ins
- Other duties as assigned by the Recruiting Manager, Director/VP, CEO
Education and Experience:
- High school graduate or equivalent (required)
- 1+ years previous staffing and/or HR experience
- Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred
- High sense of urgency
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Microsoft Applications (Preferred)
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to interact with candidates in a professional manner
