The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is responsible for partnering with the Talent Acquisition Partners to help provide a great candidate experience. The TAC often provides a candidate with their first impression of Equifax. As such, advanced customer service and communication skills are critical for success in this role. Additionally, this role will be responsible for providing analysis and reporting of critical TA metrics.
- This is a hybrid position that reports to the Atlanta, GA office 3 days per week.
What you’ll do
Facilitate telephone, in-person and virtual interview scheduling activities, including scheduling for multiple participants, travel arrangements where needed and coordination of interview locations, catering needs, as well as greeting and escorting candidates and visiting interviewers throughout the process
Provide advanced reporting and analysis of critical TA metrics
Continually improve in your understanding of the TA process and analyze reports to increase efficiencies in the business
What experience you need
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a TA Coordinator
Minimum of 2 years of advanced reporting and analysis of TA metrics (using Google Sheets or Excel)
