Talent Coordinator
Our Talent Coordinators are an instrumental part of the Openwork team. We strive to provide world-class service and expertise to our talent and clients as we help folks find their dream jobs and hires.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Enabling our teams to abandon the “old ways” of recruitment and use the most creative and innovative ones to find talent others can’t by supporting their search efforts – from managing the candidate onboarding experience, to helping interview and performing outreach with our talent
- Learning the art of staffing, and developing yours and others’ careers
What You’ll Need
- Passion and enthusiasm for helping people
- An outgoing presence and an ability to thrive on communicating with a variety of people in a fast-paced, energetic environment
- Smart organization skills and a good grasp of the details
- Bi-lingual
