Job Title:Talent Acquisition Specialist
Remote, Full-Time, Non-Exempt Position
Department: People Operations
Reports to: Director of TA
Salary:$57,000-65,000*
  • New hires are typically brought into the organization between the minimum to midpoint of the salary range posted depending on qualifications, internal equity, and the budgeted amount for the role.

Position Overview: As part of the People Operations team, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will work with managers throughout the organization to recruit and fill all open requisitions. The incumbent will source resumes, design, develop, and execute the recruiting strategy for key positions within the agency with a focus on the candidate experience.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying sources for candidates and job postings
  • Work on staffing a variety of positions with a focus on Entry Level and Mid Level positions within Vibrant
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Managers on open vacancies throughout Vibrant
  • Develop relationships for pipeline sustainability
  • Manage applicant tracking system data integrity
  • Manage recruitment process for organization
  • Counsel hiring managers through recruitment process
  • Determine applicant qualifications through telephone screens of applicants, analyzing responses and comparing responses to job requirements
  • Creating and maintaining spreadsheets detailing recruitment data including: open positions, time to fill, vacancy rates, and requisition status
  • Assisting with the coordination of pre-hire assessments
  • Maintains confidential information
  • Communicates appropriate information to other departments in a timely and effective manner.
  • Participating in other HR initiatives as needed
  • Other similar duties, as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or relevant field
  • 2+ years’ experience recruiting in a high-volume environment
  • Time management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Excellent Oral and written communication skills
  • Supports diversity hiring initiatives
Physical and Sensory Requirements:
  • Mostly sedentary work; using standard office equipment including: a computer, keyboard, and telephone
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, service providers and others
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under stress
  • Ability to respond to telephones and other auditory stimulation
  • Ability to evaluate/interpret information and make independent judgment/decisions
