PURPOSE OF ROLE
You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for entry to mid level positions for Americas Retail and Corporate offices, adopting a quality-driven approach to talent sourcing, job posting and interview scheduling. You will collaborate and provide forward thinking recruitment and search strategies in addition to leading end to end best practice recruitment; including diversifying our sourcing channels, screening and facilitating assessments, promoting diversity by ensuring our recruitment strategies attract diverse candidates, and to enhance the overall candidate experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate end-to-end recruitment for corporate entry to mid level positions communicating effectively with relevant hiring managers to understand and define resourcing requirements while guiding the employee experience
P artner closely with key stakeholders to understand the commercial drivers of their current and future talent needs, utilizing strategic sourcing and search methods to create talent pools that ensure Aesop is equipped with the best talent to drive our business.
Support the Americas Talent Acquisition team with sourcing candidates through Linked In Recruiter, to market map and identify suitable candidate profiles for open positions and support pipeline, practice sourcing needs
Support Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition team with bi weekly and monthly reporting, job postings, and the overall candidate experience
Source active and passive candidates from a variety of channels and communities: online and internal databases, employee referrals, events, networking, research, etc
Respond in a timely and professional manner to applicants; in response to live applications and via effective management of Aesop Careers mailbox for applicant enquiries
Build and maintain external relationships with recruiters, other retail or Aesop-aligned companies, diversity and affinity organizations, etc.
Manage and maintain the applicant tracking in Workday and utilize Workday’s recruitment reporting dashboards and share regularly with hiring managers and HRBPs
Continuously review and improve recruitment processes to elevate candidate and hiring manager experience, in line with Aesop’s values
Act as a champion of inclusive hiring, help drive and embed recruitment practices (through the DE&I lens)
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
Prior experience within HR or Talent Acquisition
Retail experience preferred
Search and sourcing exposure – Linked In Recruiter experience
Intuitive ability to assess talent skills, capabilities, potential, and cultural fit
Experience managing volume recruitment, within an agile environment
Strong prioritization, organization skills and attention to detail
Prior experience with HRIS and ATS systems (Workday, Taleo , etc.)
Understanding and appreciation of Aesop’s unique culture and a passion for the brand
Proactive search experience, ability to manage multiple priorities, desire to work with senior stakeholders and deliver in a fast paced and high performing environment
Interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills
Remains self-disciplined, measures progress and evaluates results, re prioritizes and manages stakeholder expectations honestly and constructively
What's On Offer
The annual salary range for this position is $70,000-75,000
