Job Responsibilities:
Our organization is looking for a Healthcare Recruiter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for healthcare positions. This position requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to identify and assess potential candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Serve as a main driving force of successful candidate recruitment and fill the needs of our clients' staffing demands/needs from start to finish
- Effectively search for and screen potential candidates to fill positions as part of Talent Acquisition
- Knowledge of staffing and scheduling
- Must be willing to assist with other office duties as needed and be a team player
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Required Experience:
- Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts
- Demonstrated telephone, computer, and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in healthcare industry preferred
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
