- Work closely with the talent team to build candidate pipelines for key positions.
- Develop Talent Acquisition metrics to drive focus and efficiency.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain contact with top talent identified.
- Proficient knowledge of the utilization of various sourcing tools. We currently use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and various job boards via our ATS (Workday)
- Share ideas on how to improve processes and overall candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the talent and hiring needs for their areas.
- Collaborate with the Business Partners to ensure alignment with the needs of the business lines.
- Serve as the back up to the VP of Talent Acquisition and assist with the execution of key hiring initiatives and implementation of TA processes.
- Proven ability to develop and execute DEIB related recruitment processes.
- Have prior experience with enhancing and automating candidate interview and assessment process.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in recruitment.
- 8+ years of experience working as a recruiter in a fast-paced, high-growth, tech focused, and innovative company.
- Prior experience recruiting for positions in banking, financial services, or Fintech industries is required.
- Experience and proven success in sourcing passive candidates using various tools.
- Proven success with implementing sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems – Workday is highly preferred.
- Expert knowledge of recruitment practices and latest TA trends.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- An advocate for the company culture and passion for providing a “Wow” experience to all candidates.
- Superior presentation skills.
- Experience with Workday recruiting is highly preferred
