THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND
We're looking for a recruiter to join our fast-paced, rockstar Talent Acquisition team! This role is a hybrid position, located in our Garden City, NY office, 3 days per week. This role will focus on clinic positions (Technicians, Scribes, Patient Care Coordinators), as well as RN's and Surgical Coordinators and Technologists.
OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
- Manage the full life cycle recruiting process - sourcing through on-boarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR on open positions
- Source candidates through a variety of methods including networking, LinkedIn, Indeed.com, industry and community related job fairs
- Coordinate and conduct phone screens and move candidates through the process with hiring managers quickly and with ease
- Achieve Talent Acquisition metrics and goals including quality of applicant pools, hires, and time to fill
- Follow-up to ensure candidates are moving through the recruiting process and requisitions are progressing
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- You have excellent time-management, prioritization, planning and organization skills
- Previous healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
- You have 5+ years of previous recruiting experience
- You have a strong understanding of recruiting practices and processes
- You're a great communicator - both written and in person
- You have previous experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- You're extremely detail oriented and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- You demonstrate the highest level of ethical behavior and maintain highly confidential information
