Talent Acquisition Specialist Experience, Skills & Competencies:
- Prior Warehouse knowledge preferred.
- Must possess the ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume, and deadline driven team environment.
- Ability to exercise judgment and flexibility to re prioritize as needed.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Possible ATS system knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Able to interact and communicate with employees and coworkers professionally.
- Maintaining regular attendance is an essential function of this job.
- Maintains effective working relationship with the Warehouse Managers on site, HR/ Corporate Office, to ensure appropriate staffing service levels are met through the follow through of current staffing plans.
- Handles Advertising of Warehouse openings to bring in applicants.
- Conducting phone screenings, scheduling interviews for qualified candidates.
- Ability to handle New Hire onboarding and orientation process with all new hires by using our already established on boarding procedure and working with Warehouse Manager, Corporate office/HR to ensure forms are accurate and processed timely.
- Partner with the hiring department managers to bring in quality talent through consistent communication and feedback and regularly discuss future hiring needs and backup candidates.
- Maintain and update warehouse staffing Roster.
- Create and manage a pool of qualified candidates on a constant basis.
- General clerical tasks such as scanning documents of confidential Employee information for processing.
