Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour

Job Description:
- Assists with activities related to hiring and the Talent Management Review Process, including scheduling and confirming candidate interview appointments, working with hiring managers to ensure adequate interview panels are available and locating alternates when needed and monitoring candidate status for completion of new hire processing.
- Partners with FSC recruitment teams to ensure all pre-interview documentation is processed and completed correctly within the ATS.
- Follows up with interview panels to collect interview notes. Scans and uploads interview notes and scorecards into the ATS (Applicant Tracking System) for the Facility Support Center (FSC) hiring process and for the Facility Management Selection Process (FMSP).
- Reviews applicant files to ensure that the applicant process is completed correctly and enters any missing pertinent information that is required. Verifies that applicants are dispositioned accurately and timely in the ATS to reflect those who do not meet minimum qualifications or were not selected for a position.
- Serves as a point of contact for hiring managers and internal and external candidates to answer questions, provide assistance and follow - up on candidate status throughout the hiring process. Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive information both inside and outside of the company.
- Participates as needed in college recruiting, military and social networking recruitment efforts, and on-site or off-site hiring events to include virtual events. Assists with sourcing activities using applicable software as needed.
- Assists with new recruiting initiatives and projects.
Graduate from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in Human Resources or a related field is required. Two years of experience in a similar Human Resources position is required. Additional experience in Human Resources may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Experience working in Applicant Tracking System (ATS), JD Edwards or other HRIS system is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications is required. A valid driver's license is required.
