Your Job
- Maintain and secure company intranet and computer systems.
- Provide essential support to end-users through Help Desk Services.
- Enhance our labs reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value.
- Perform both technical system administration tasks and user support functions.
- System Administration:
- Set up and manage user accounts, granting appropriate access based on company policies.
- Maintain and monitor file servers, ensuring data integrity and availability.
- Operate and configure firewalls to enhance security.
- Implement the latest security protocols to safeguard our systems.
- Monitor the local area network (LAN) for potential threats or errors.
- Assist Global IT team in India with any requested assistance.
- Help Desk Support:
- Provide exceptional client experiences by promptly resolving support issues.
- Reset login credentials and passwords for end-users.
- Assist with computer information responses as needed.
- Handle server and domain account changes.
- Support complete equipment setup, renewal, or termination of user accounts.
- Additional Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with company leadership to identify new technologies that enhance our computer systems.
- Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications.
- Analyze hardware and software in a distributed networking environment.
- Prepare program documentation and procedures.
- System Administration:
Your Skills
- Proven experience as a technician in the computer networking field, including data and voice network administration.
- experience with model work, start to finish, pour, trim and articulate.
- experience in 3D printing, CAD/CAM, and dental imaging preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years’ experience
- Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS), with specializations in Windows Server, SQL Server, and Server Virtualization.

Location:
Our network of dental laboratories spans seven states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.
Interview Process
As a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved.
- Information Screening: The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.
- Panel Interview: 60-minute interview with two to three key members of the team. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job’s functions.
- Offer: The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent.
