System Administrator

What you would do at True Rx Health Strategists:

In this position, you will play a key role in providing support for all areas of IT. You will update systems, troubleshoot problems, and provide hands-on support for IT issues within our organization. You will be primarily focused on managing performance, availability, security, and uptime for our Tibco Integration Platform while also supporting our Office 365 and SharePoint Online services. This individual also participates in the planning and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure system provisioning and maintenance that is consistent with company goals, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements. This position has expectations of 40% work in office and 60% work remote. 

Previous Experience and Abilities:

• Deploy, administer, support, and maintain Kubernetes containers on Azure 
• Deploy, administer, support, and maintain TIBCO applications (Integration, Messaging Enterprise, and Integration Connectivity Add-On) 
• Plan, prepare, and apply maintenance fixes and upgrades to TIBO applications 
• Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of Windows computer systems and physical network servers - domain controllers, file servers, etc. 

• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Windows Server 2016-2022 required. 
• Knowledge of OS X 10.8 or higher is a plus. 
• Build and manage standard images for Windows Servers, workstations and laptops as needed. 
• Troubleshoot hard/ware and software errors by running diagnostics and monitoring logs, triaging, and prioritizing trouble tickets and systems request, documenting problems and resolutions. 
• Provisioning licenses to users, managing distribution groups, monitoring quarantined messages, running message traces for user mailboxes. 

• Perform regular backup operations including set up, monitoring and routine testing of backups and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures 
• Responsible for capacity, storage planning, and performance. 
• Ensure the security of the server infrastructure by implementing industry best-practices regarding storage, privacy, security, data protection, and regulatory compliance. 
• Recommend, schedule, and perform software and hardware upgrades, patches, and reconfigurations. 
• Experience with VOIP phone systems desired. 

• All other duties as assigned 

Ideally you have:

• 3+ years of experience administrating an Office 365 environment 
• Experience in PowerShell, Exchange online, SharePoint, Teams in O365 
• Experience in other messaging solutions such as anti-virus/anti-spam appliances and or applications, archiving solutions, mobility solutions 
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer-oriented and cool-tempered 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical and business concepts to senior leaders 
• Practical knowledge of SMTP routing, Active Directory/LDAP, DNS, Mail 
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience 
• Must be a US Citizen
