It Systems Administrator

We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of our systems, networks, and servers. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to systems and equipment management and help ensure best practices across the organization's IT infrastructure.

Position Responsibilities

    System Maintenance, Management and Monitoring:

• • Install, configure, and update operating systems, drivers, and software applications.
  • Perform routine system updates and patches.
  • Administer network infrastructure, ensuring connectivity, security and performance.
  • Work with Third Party IT Vendors

    Server Administration:

• • Manage and maintain servers, both physical and virtual.
  • Install, configure, and optimize server operating systems and applications.
  • Ensure data backup and recovery procedures are in place and effective.

    User Support/Helpdesk:

• • Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
  • Assist in the procurement, configuration, and issuing IT related equipment to end users, including but not limited to computers, mobile devices, etc.
  • Promptly address user concerns, issues, hardware, etc.
  • Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

    Security and Compliance:

• • Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard company data.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance security.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

    Documentation:

• • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of system configurations and procedures.
  • Develop and Maintain IT policies and procedures as needed.

    Microsoft 365 and Azure AD

• • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 environment
  • Configure and troubleshoot Azure Active Directory
  • Implement and manage security measures within Microsoft 365 and Azure AD
  • Manage Intune environment

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of system and network administration.
• Additional experience with Procore, Sage 300 CRE and Smartsheets
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
