Position Location: Remote (*must reside in the United States)

• Remote Flexibility: Work fully remote within the US with comprehensive paid training in North Carolina. Following an 8:30 am - 5 pm EST schedule.

A Day in the Life: An Educator's Role!:

• Client Excellence: Provide unparalleled support and training verbally and in writing, ensuring a holistic client experience.
• Project Mastery: Onboard new clients and educate them on the ins and outs of the software.
• Tool Proficiency: Effectively use tools, including CRM and MS Office.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Development and Sales teams to provide demos pre and post sign-up.
• Geek Out: Engage with your fellow window covering enthusiasts who share the industry passion.

Qualifications for Consideration:

• Window Treatment Mastery: Experience in Retail, Fabrication, Distribution, or Workroom operations.
• Software/IT Wizardry: Ability to understand software intricacies and provide effective solutions to queries.
• Heartfelt Customer Service: Build meaningful relationships through accurate and detailed communication.
• Juggling Expertise: Multitask efficiently while guiding clients from demo to onboarding.
• Training Guru: Impact support through effective training strategies.
• B2B Experience: Previous involvement in B2B relationships in the window treatment industry.
• Strategic Planning & Follow-Up: Time management skills for successful support and implementations.
