McCandlish Holton, a mid-sized law firm located in downtown Richmond's financial district with 90 employees is seeking an experienced Trainer & Help Desk Support employee with previous work background in a professional business office. Responsibilities
- Train users on various programs to include Microsoft365 & iManage Work (DMS)
- Provision, deploy, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and phones
- Provide Tier I-II helpDesk Support to Attorneys and Staff in a timely manner
- Be able to engage vendor support channels as part of the troubleshooting process
- Maintain software changes, upgrades, and rollouts across the user base
Qualifications
- Associate Degree - minimum
- 2+ years of experience in Help Desk Support, preferably in law firm environment
- Experience with Windows, Microsoft Office, training, and Document Management Systems
- Excellent customer service capability
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Must be able to maintain high level of integrity and confidentiality
