We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Caregiver/Skills Trainers (CST). As a CST, you will provide essential support and assistance to one amazing individual with autism. ```Duties```
- Assist in community activities that foster connection and joy
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Promote positive behaviors
- Support in developing independent living skills
- Collect and record data on individual progress
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and other team members
```Requirements```
-Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is required
- Experience in caregiving or direct support roles is beneficial
- Ability to use a computer to log in, record data and indicate completion of tasks is required
-Must be 18+, valid drivers license with acceptable driving record (car provided at the home), pass background and reference check. Must be able bend, twist, climb stairs, lift, push, pull, reach, stand for sometimes long periods of time. You must be in good physical health.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
