In this role, you would be responsiblefor assessing Supply Chain data for performance and improvement opportunities,including evaluating inventory volume and flow, planning incoming supply tomeet the master production schedule, and other broad functional area analysisand support. This would include organizing, maintaining, and summarizing datato extract insights used to inform and help business units and stakeholders throughoutthe company appropriately plan, make well-informed decisions, and improveoverall Supply Chain and Planning activities. As the role requires facilitationof meetings, presenting to all levels of the organization, and communicating toa broad audience regarding insights, plans, and other priorities, strongcommunication skills are necessary. A top candidate for this role will have advancedexperience with ERP systems, proven abilities in extracting and analyzingvarious forms of data, and an established background supporting departmentaland business projects, initiatives, and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Materials Management, Supply Chain, orrelated field of study required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant Supply Chain, procurement, sourcing, orlogistics experience required
- Advanced experience with ERP systems, including data extraction,analysis, and reporting required; SAP experience preferred
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to build reports,identify trends and insights, and convert complex information into datavisualizations required
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office programs required
- Proven ability to network, establish, and maintain internal and externalrelationships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting facilitation skills
