We are seeking an Analyst to join our Supply Chain Analytics team. The successful candidate will work closely with a group of data enablers, technical developers, and the business stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights and solutions.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Supply Chain stakeholders to collect, document, and analyze business requirements and translating them into tangible reporting deliverables with a clearly defined acceptance criterion.
  • Documenting technical requirements, data catalog, business definitions, architectural diagrams, source-to-target mappings, process dependencies, flows, wireframes, and decisions related to the development cycle of analytical solutions.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Developers to design, develop, test, and deploy analytical solutions that meet the stakeholder expectations and adhere to the best practices and standards.
  • Communicate and present the analytical results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, using appropriate visualizations and tools.
  • Facilitating cross functional Change Management efforts, such as user acceptance testing, production deployments, training and post deployment support
  • Drive the adoption and utilization of the analytical solutions by the stakeholders, demonstrating their value and impact on the business outcomes.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the analytical solutions through a ticketing system and process, ensuring their reliability, accuracy, and relevance of the analytical solutions.

Experience and Minimum Education Level:
  • Bachelor's Degree is Required in Supply Chain, Business, Analytics, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working within a Supply Chain function with a focus on planning, factory Supply Chain, transport, warehousing, or fulfillment preferred.
  • Experience working in the consumer-packaged goods industry is a plus.

Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP, BW and Business Objects preferred.
  • Experience in SQL at a beginner-to-intermediate level is preferred.
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI, at a Beginner-to-Immediate level is preferred.
  • Understanding of automation and data visualization technologies (RPA, Power BI, etc.) a plus.
