SalaryAdecco is seeking a Collections Specialist to join our team in Batesville, IL. If you're customer service-oriented, possess excellent written communication skills, and have experience in account reconciliation, analysis, and management, we want to hear from you.
Location: Batesville, IN
Pay Rate: $22/hr
Duration: 12+ months assignment, possible extension
Responsibilities:
Perform collections activities to recover outstanding debts.
Work in a call center environment to contact customers regarding overdue payments.
Provide exceptional customer service while assisting customers with payment arrangements and resolving issues.
Reconcile accounts and analyze payment history.
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field.
1+ yeaers of collection management experience.
Experience working in a call center environment.
Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Ability to reconcile accounts, analyze data, and manage accounts effectively.
Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
