The Information Technology department is committed to supporting the company's current and long term strategies. As part of the IT organization, the Sr Analyst Supply Chain Planning Application will partner with the global Supply Chain community serving their needs in the areas of Production Planning , Materials requirement planning, Implementing MPS planning strategies using applications such as SAP or JDA or Kinaxis.
The Sr Analyst, Supply Chain Planning Applications is part of the team responsible for maintaining and enhancing business applications viz. SAP R/3 Production Planning (PP), JDA /Manugistics Supply chain planning suite and Kinaxis Rapid Response. This position is expected to work with users to define business requirements,design solutions, configure the system, develop Oracle scripts/programs , execute test scripts to validate the solution, create end user and technical support documentation in order to implement the solution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Configure JDA to meet business requirements.
• Develop Oracle PL/SQL Scripts to meet business requirements within JDA.
• Design, Develop integration with SAP and JDA using Business Object Data Services ETL tool

• Conduct Unit testing and cross-functional integration testing for solutions
• Provide timely production support for break-fix issues , provide nightly batch support
• Support production environment by trouble-shooting system issues and providing system solutions or process improvement options
• Assist in gathering requirements, design, and developing minor and major system enhancements
• Ensure Technical documentation is up to date
• Ensure the Business systems are secure and reliable in supporting continuous operation of the company. Ensure software is current and install patches to keep application uptodate.
• Collaborate with internal Business Partners and works cross-functionally with departmental team members
• Drives continuous improvement by collaborating with business and department associates in areas of opportunity

Technical Knowledge/Other Requirements:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• 4-5 Years of experience in Oracle databases, Windows and Unix (including Linux) operating environments.
• 4-5 Knowledge of Unix Shell & Windows scripting, Oracle PL SQL , SQL skills
• 3-4 years of exposure to JDA modules of Demand Planning, Fulfillment / Master planning or Kinaxis Rapid Response
• Knowledge of project management concepts and deliverables
• Ability to travel up to 15% will be required based on business need.

Education/Training:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or Management Information Systems
• 3-4 years of experience in JDA or other Supply Chain application
• 4-5 years experience in Oracle PL/SQL environment or Business object data services
• 4-5 years Experience programming with Unix Shell scripting and working in Linux environment

The starting budgeted pay range for this role will generally fall between $105,700.00 - $124,300.00 per year. Scotts will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.
