Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Configure, Audit, and Maintain Global Supply Chain Data - Represent the Supply Chain department by being the lead with Crown360 Supply Chain data and working closely with all associated support personnel to configure and maintain Supply Chain data on a global basis. Ensure adoption and compliance by all locations. Document data configuration details including functionality, use, and security. Develop and implement a plan for periodic auditing and maintenance of data.  Work with other global locations to address their needs for analyst support and that appropriate common metrics, reports, policies, procedures, and controls are in place. Support of International Organization for Standardization (ISO) Manuals and ISO Auditing as required.
  • Harmonization of Global Supply Chain Information -Collaborate with domestic and international locations to ensure optimal system and data configurations, input practices, information usage, maintenance, and reporting. Address unique local/regional needs, laws, and regulations to ensure a high rate of adoption while maintaining a seamless data set. 
  • Education and Outreach - Develop procedures, policies, and educational materials for use at all Company locations. Identify and plan educational opportunities to ensure all Supply Chain and associated personnel have the skills, knowledge and attitude to successfully utilize a singular global enterprise system.  Train and support Supply Chain Analyst and assist with higher level more complex research and analysis of markets, pricing, and cost.
  • Supervision  - Supervise the Supply Chain Analyst with all associated financial responsibilities and controls.
  • Employee Development - Perform duties such as creating/revising job descriptions, conducting Talent Development discussion sessions, rating performance, establishing/tracking goals and completing annual wage reviews.  Responsible for coaching, motivating, mentoring, and developing direct reports to successfully take on additional responsibilities.   Perform other duties as assigned.  

 

Minimum Qualifications:

 

  • 5-7 years related experience
  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Supply Chain)

            Non-degree considered if 12+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Possess Supply Chain experience in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in spreadsheet, presentation and word processing programs. 
  • Must be able to successfully manipulate large data files while ensuring accuracy. 
  • A high level of interpersonal skills, analytical skills, and professionalism. 
  • Be able to work as a contributing team member and occasional leader on cross functional multinational teams.
  • Good presentation skills and the ability to teach.
  • A working knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost accounting.
