About the Role:
In this role, you will report to the Manager of Workplace Evolution, and have the opportunity to work within the different operational functions of our team. You will spend time with each senior leader throughout our global organization, learning about the following functional areas: Real Estate, Workplace Design and Delivery, Facilities, and Workplace Evolution.
This role is hybrid, based in our New York City office.
You Will:
Spend time with leaders to gain a deeper understanding of their team's organizational structure, daily workflow, primary focuses, and function as part of the overall department
Attend project meetings with our various teams to get a sense of our active priorities and project cadences, including stakeholder meetings with groups such as Marketing, Security, Technology, and HR
Intake and organize project requests and develop project schedules in partnership with the Workplace Project Manager
Assist with project delivery support tasks including: taking of meeting minutes, assisting in processing of tracking logs, and other department deliverables
Learn to read construction drawings
Work with receptionists and office managers to promote way-finding initiatives and standardization
Enhance the employee experience by partnering with the Training, Culture, & Community team
Learn how the office relocation and lease breaks/renewals processes begin from a stay versus go analysis. Understand how this analysis is conducted and partake in stakeholder meetings to learn what info gathering is required to activate next steps
You Have:
Proficiency in tableau or a similar system
Proficiency in G-Suite applications
Good understanding and interpretation of construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
Punctual, deadline and detail-oriented behavior
Project management experience running multiple projects
