Position:Real Estate Paralegal (Global Law Firm)
Company: AM 100 Law Firm
Location: Midtown, NYC (Hybrid)
Comp Package: Base to $100K, Paid Overtime, Tuition Reimbursement, Full Benefits, Bonus, 401K+, etc.
Responsibilities for Real Estate Paralegal:

• Review and summarize the due diligence documents that are uploaded to M&A Virtual Data Rooms to identify Real Estate documents
• Organize voluminous amounts of Real Estate documents
• Review Real Estate documents to pull information requested by the Real Estate attorneys
• Assist with the drafting of the Real Estate section of an M&A due diligence memo
• Draft, review and revise Real Estate disclosure schedules
• Conduct research on municipal real property assessment websites to obtain missing information about real property
• Draft closing Real Estate documents such as consent and notice letters
• Handle title and survey review, including the preparation of title and survey summaries
• Coordinate ordering of UCC searches and prepares summaries of search results
• Manage and coordinate closings, including addressing post-closing matters and oversees preparation of closing CDs.

Qualifications for Senior Real Estate Paralegal

• Bachelor’s Degree required
• 2+ years of related Real Estate experience in a Law Firm
• Possess outstanding interpersonal skills to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently
• Knowledge of relevant firm computer software programs (e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and operating systems
• Strong proficiency in title and survey review
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational and planning skills
• Demonstrates accountability and takes ownership of projects
• Ability to work well in a demanding and fast-paced environment
