This position is responsible for Front Desk reception and administrative responsibilities with the Student Involvement Center (SIC) office located at BSC 227.
Job details to include can be:
- Being the first point of contact for all incoming phone calls and visitors to Student Involvement Center located in BSC 227.
- Checking Student Organizations email and forwarding messages to appropriate staff.
- Sorting and distributing mail appropriately.
- Management of RSO marketing opportunities and RSO resources.
- Assisting the programming units of Dean of Students consisting of Sorority & Fraternity Life, Leadership Education and Development, and Student Activities, with tasks and projects as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

Required QualificationsAll student employees in the Dean of Students Office must maintain good academic (min. 2.0 cumulative GPA) and disciplinary standing from the point of application through term of employment. The employer will check status at the beginning and the end of each semester of employment.
Preferred Qualifications- Familiarity of involvement on campus and general university structures and procedures to best support all students that come into space .
- Initiative and autonomy in addition to being able to work as a team member.
