Chiropractic Front Desk - Part-Time

We are looking for a Chiropractic Front Desk and patient care assistant to serve as our patients' first point of contact. Job responsibilities include greeting patients, handling the phones, managing scheduling/appointments and providing information about services. You will also be working with some billing duties to include verification of benefits, explanation of charges to patients, etc. If you love working with patients in the natural healthcare industry and if you have a knack for detail with good time management and excellent computer skills, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience in our clinic.

We are a multi-discipline office doing chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, x-ray, IV Nutrition, joint injections and weight management.

We use ChiroTouch as our EMR software system. So it's a special plus if you have experience with ChiroTouch.

Work schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:30AM-12:30PM

Responsibilities

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
• Manage online and phone appointments
• Inform patients about payment methods and verify their insurance benefits
• Assist our biller around billing duties
• Provide information about our services, treatment plans, etc.
• Oversee clinic traffic flow between rooms
• Maintain updated stats and reports

Skills & Experience

• Work experience as a healthcare Front Desk professional, preferably in a chiropractic setting
• Experience with medical scheduling EMR software (we use ChiroTouch)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Basic experience and understanding around healthcare billing
• Great time management with an ability to prioritize

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
