The Center for Prevention of Abuse (CFPA) is seeking a passionate individual to join our team part-time as a Receptionist at our main campus in Peoria. This position is first shift, Monday-Friday with the hours of 8 am- 12 pm. Our mission at CFPA is to help all people – women, men, and children, live free from violence and abuse, and the Receptionist will play an important role in fulfilling that mission.

Primary job responsibilities include greeting all incoming guests and visitors, as well as answering calls in compliance with procedures and security protocol. This position will also monitor the security system when needed and complete data entry when requested, which will include typing and filling. Attention to detail is important for this role.

Preferred experience of at least two-years answering multi-line phone system with some knowledge of security and safety management. Must have basic computer skills, excellent skills on the phone, work well as a team and as an individual, and have exceptional soft skills.
