Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the TCHATT and CPAN programs. Supports directors and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Is able to effectively communicate using various means and platforms. Ensures all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.
Duties include: Assist the Program Coordinator with Communication and appointments, Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner, Deliver equipment and supplies to school districts, Maintains and updates professional knowledge and proficiency through continuing education, staff meetings, workshops and serving on special committees, Take accurate minutes of meetings, Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. This position will also work closely with the Data Manager and LPC team members.
Preferred Qualifications
- Majoring in a healthcare related field
- Experience in an administrative setting
