Job Description
The ASU College of Arts and Humanities is currently running three Oral History Projects (Oral History • Angelo State University). Our goal is to record interviews from West Texans of the Vietnam War generation, both veterans and civilians. These interviews along with digital copies of other documents (such as photographs, letters, service papers, etc.) will be made available to students, researchers, and the public in the ASU Digital Repository. Under direct supervision of faculty, student worker duties include scheduling, conducting, transcribing, and editing interviews; digitizing historical documents such as letters, photographs, and service documents; creating interpretive materials such as online exhibits; and other tasks related to the Oral History Projects. The Student Assistant may start working from the Spring, 2024 through the Fall, 2024, with the possibility of renewal.

- Must be a currently enrolled student and registered for classes.
