Job Description:
Serves as the intake cashier within the Student Financial Services department including student payments and receipts; student organization checks and deposits; departmental checks; and deposits; and small check cashing services. Maintains the online parking administration system in collaboration with Trinity's Police Department (TUPD).
Performs all duties related to the handling of department and student organization checks and deposits, including, distributing checks, etc. Serves as a contact for students and families regarding payment to Student Accounts, including providing receipts and posting of payments.
Manages a Petty Cash Drawer, including providing check cashing services to students, staff, and faculty on campus; daily reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy of work; and requesting reimbursement from the bank to maintain established amount in drawer. Maintains assigned Petty Cash Drawer in accordance with the university cash handling policy and procedures.
Organizes and conducts parking permit sales for students, faculty, and staff both online and walk-ins. Revises parking permits annually. Maintains online parking administration system in collaboration with the Trinity University Police Department (TUPD). Distributes parking permits. Collects and posts payment for parking permit sales and parking citations.
Posts recurring transactions from various university departments.
Updates Campus Map and Parking Information web pages annually.

Proficient in the use of basic office equipment including a 10-key calculator, copier and fax machine.
