Position Qualifications:

· Minimum of three (3) verifiable years’ experience coordinating HHA & PCA schedules at an LHCSA.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong customer service skills

· Quick thinking problem solver

· Good computer skills

· Willingness to be on call alternately for after hours and weekends.

· Spanish speaking is a plus.
