We are currently hiring PCAs and HHAs to fulfill our patients needs. We need reliable caregivers that fully care for our patients.

Our goal is to provide excellent service to our patients.

If you are not certified yet, we have affiliated schools located in the Bronx and Queens that offer the proper training.

HHA/PCA Responsibilities:

• Daily personal care (bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, etc.)
• Assist with the daily living activities per the Plan of Care
• Monitor patients and report on their condition
• Help with patient meals and feeding, as well as basic housekeeping functions
• Accompany the patient to doctor's visits, shopping, and other essential errands

HHA/PCA Requirements:

• Must have New York State Home Health Aide Certificate or Personal Care Assistant Certificate
• Government Issued ID, Social Security Card & Work Authorization, if needed
• 2 Reference Letters
• Recent Physical
• TB Screening (Quantiferon preferred)
• Flu shot
• Rubella & Rubeola titer lab work
• Chain of Custody Drug Screen no older than 6 months

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
