Position: Recruiter
Schedule:Full Time Monday -Friday

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with hiring managers to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy
- Source qualified candidates via job sites, databases, networking etc.
- Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations
- Select and present qualified candidates to hiring teams
- Help hiring teams interview candidates through various methods (e.g. structured interviews, behavioral interviews)
- Advise hiring managers to help them make better hiring decisions
- Assist with onboarding new hires
Mandatory Requirements:
- Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)
- Proven success as a recruiter
- Hands-on experience in the entire recruitment life cycle
- Must be reliable and have a positive attitude
- Must be okay with managing change and working under pressure
- Must be able to communicate very clearly
- Flexibility and the ability to multi-task
- Exceptional customer service skills & interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of applicable local, state and federal laws with respect to home health care
Preferred Requirements:
- Minimum 1 -2 years' experience
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in full cycle recruitment
- 2 professional references
- Industry hiring experience is a plus
