Staff Accountant

Reporting to the Controller, the Staff Accountant will perform a wide variety of accounting duties in the manufacturing environment.

The candidate will need to be a team player who is focused, dedicated, and has a desire to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Support month-end close process and annual external audits.
• Prepare revenue recognition analysis.
• Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis.
• Analyze and prepare account reconciliations including Inter-company balancing.
• Capital expenditure tracking, analysis and depreciation schedule.
• Support inventory review and billing interface reconciliation.
• Ownership of AP processes and serve as liaison between all parties.
• Reconcile credit card statements with supporting documents.
• Work closely and effectively with multiple levels of the organization.
• Compile complex reports using Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX.
• ADHOC reporting.
• Perform other duties as requested.
