We are seeking to fill an Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable Administrative Support position. The ideal candidate will be detailed oriented, organized, and should have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The responsibilities include managing payables, collections, accounts receivables, bank deposits, general data entry, and reporting responsibilities.

What You Bring to the Table
The Accounts Receivables/Accounts Payable Administrative Support individual is responsible for keeping QuickBooks up to date and improving our receivables balance.
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare, post, verify, and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Maintain and update customer files.
- Generate monthly billing statements.
- Bank Deposits.
- Credit card payments and reconciliations.
- Filing bills, statements, and other paperwork
- Generate weekly reports
- Various special projects

- You are skilled in MS Excel and proficient in QuickBooks
- You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
