Essential Job Functions:
* Support monthly and year-end financial close, including journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and accruals.
* Reconcile general ledger Cash accounts to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance
* Prepare documentation for external auditors
* Responding to audit information requests
* Work closely and collaborate with the finance team on a daily basis
* Bank Account reconciliation
* Analyze and summarize general ledger account information and financial trends
* Other ad hoc accounting/finance department work and duties assigned from time to time
Preferred Skills and Education:
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills
* Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Knowledge of basic accounting procedures
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* 2-4 years of accounting experience.
* Experience with Microsoft Great Plains and Concur is a plus
* Microsoft Excel including Vlookups and Pivot tables.
