Job Summary:
Provides support for General Accounting Manager primarily in the area of Accounts Receivable, some accounts payable, and general office duties. This position is responsible for all Accounts Receivable functions for the company including, but not limited to, billing, weekly reporting, recording adjustments, and customer relations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
A Staff Accountant is expected to perform one or more of the following essential job functions based on the business assignment (detailed):
- Various Accounts Receivable tasks.
- Various Accounts Payable tasks.
- Support other administrative staff with daily tasks.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties and tasks as needed.
· Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
· This position has no personnel supervisory responsibilities.
Education and/or Experience:
· Experience in accounting software.
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
· Precise attention to detail and accuracy.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this position, employees are regularly required to sit; talk or hear, in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle, feel or operate standard office equipment; and reach with hands and arms. Employees are occasionally required to walk and stand and lift and move records and documents weighing 20 pounds or less. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
